11:30 The Entourage will arrive in Swedesboro - Church, Trinity Square and Parish Hall. Public/Press can view the Entourage arriving and leaving the church and Parish Hall, best place to view will be along Kings Highway. Limited access to the Church. Press is invited into the Church. Parking directed by Swedesboro police.
04:00 Arrive at the American Swedish Historical Museum.
04:10 Press Conference inside the Museum.
04:35 Private Tour of Museum ­ Opening of the John Ericsson Exhibit.
05:00 Public/Press may view Entourage entering and leaving the 20th street entrance to Roosevelt Park.
Note: The Museum will be open to the Public ­ free admission- on Saturday and Sunday
to view the new John Ericsson Exhibit

Saturday, April 5th

09:30 Arrive at Old Swedes Church ­Public and Press can view from 7th Street.
10:00 Arrive at Fort Christina - large Public/Press viewing area within the Park. Governor, Mayor, Senator Carper plus other politicians will attend. 7th Street will be closed only while Entourage moves from venue to venue.
10:31 At the Kalmar Nyckel shipyard will meet the Board of Directors and Staff, Board the Ship and will also spend one hour with the Lenape Indians outside near a Public/Press area.
12:10 PM Leave Kalmar Nyckel shipyard for the Hotel DuPont.
12:35 Press conference at the Hotel DuPont.
